Google Games

      We  have an unethical competitor that " Suggest Edits" in Google Maps that I am closed and no longer exist - so Google deletes me. I lost over one hundred 5 star reviews - had to resubmit, re-verify and start over. This will explain why I only have a few Google Reviews. Please do not leave me any Google reviews, it only provides an incentive for "someone" to write fairy tale malicious 1 star reviews. Like " Left Sitting on the Curb" A complete fabrication - claiming they had booked a tour and I never showed up. This was written to put doubt in your mind, and lower my rating. Plus lower ratings equate to a lower ranking.  A malicious fake review by a person who only wrote 1 Google review in their entire Google life? Sure. Does anyone really believe I just left $425.00 sitting on the curb?

     Unlike another competitor, "Mr. Legend in his Own Mind."  I do not need to buy 1000's of fake fluff 5 star Google reviews to satisfy my narcissistic ego.  Nor pay Google $1000's of dollars a year for "Sponsored" ads to gain customers.  56,000 5 star Reviews? I'm no rocket scientist - but not everyone is going to leave a review. If we assume every single customer left a glowing 5 star review.  56,000 people paid $79.00 each for their kayak tour, this adds up to  $4,424,000.00  If 1 out of 10 people left a review - "Legend in his own mind" did over $44 million in kayak tours. I have no clue what the REAL numbers are. But the average Kayak Tour Company in Florida is lucky to break $100,000 a year gross sales. They are also happy to have 100 - 150 reviews in their last 3 years of operation. It is really common sense, this is just my thoughts and opinion. I am not accusing anyone as being an absolute fraud. Please draw your own conclusions. 

   I have better things to do then play Google Review games. I will just let these clowns spend their profits with Google ad words and then on top of that also pay 20% -30% commissions to Trip Advisors Viatour, Get Your Guide and other OTA's. After paying constantly changing employees, Insurance , replacing Kayaks & gear etc... what is left in profit? The general public is catching on to the reviews scam. Putting as much faith in them as finding the winning lotto numbers in a Chinese Fortune Cookie.

     For you, I will not fund these extortionist operations, I refuse to be "Review Blackmailed" I will keep your cost fair and affordable. I don't need to factor in 25% booking commissions - or spend $1000's a year buying Google Sponsored listings.

This is my fun semi - retirement business, I value the look on your kids face when they see their first manatee - or a dolphin breaching - sharing a lifetime of knowledge about Florida's flora and fauna. I get my sunshine, fresh air and exercise. That alone is reward enough for me.  I am a busy as I want to be. I run the business - I do not allow the business to run me. It is a fun activity for me - that is the reason I still do this.
